I've always believed that a home is about much more than four walls. It holds memories, seasons of life, and sometimes even the weight of circumstances that have become difficult to carry. That’s why we are here at Little Bit of Luck Home Solutions — to help homeowners find a path forward when selling a property feels overwhelming, complicated, or simply necessary.
My approach to real estate is built on honesty, compassion, and doing business the right way. We work with homeowners who may be dealing with an inherited property, repairs, an unwanted or vacant home, financial challenges, or simply a change in life that means it’s time to move on. Every situation is different, and I believe you deserve to be heard before anyone talks numbers. As a single mom of two, I may relate more to you than you know.
We're not here to pressure anyone into selling, if it's not the right time, we can revisit it on your timing. My goal is to understand your situation, explain your options, and provide a fair, no-obligation offer when I can. If working together makes sense, we can walk through the process with you. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
My faith is also an important part of how I approach my business.
